J.S. Crawford Estates was formed in 2005 to manage the residential, commercial and industrial development and letting arm of the J.S. Crawford group of companies. It was created by the demerger from its parent organisation J.S. Crawford Partnership.

Over the past 10 years J.S. Crawford has built up a substantial portfolio of commercial property throughout the Scottish Borders including Melrose, Galashiels, Selkirk and Kelso.

The properties range in size from 300 sq ft to 20000 sqft+ and include offices, retail, light industrial and mixed use properties.
