Established in 1975, the contracting arm of J.S. Crawford has provided a dedicated contracting service for public and private clients throughout the South of Scotland for over 30 years.  We have the skills and experience in our multi-disciplinary team to operate as a Design and Build Contractor, Turnkey provider, Construction Management or as a Traditional Main Contractor.

We have successfully completed a wide range of projects for private clients, Local Authorities, Central Government, Housing Associations and Health Boards  These projects include:

• CT Scanner Unit, Borders General Hospital in Melrose
• Community Rehabilitation Unit, Galavale Hospital, Galashiels
• Stow Primary School, Stow for Scottish Borders Council
Day Procedures Unit, Borders General Hospital in Melrose
• Queen’s House Nursing Home, Kelso
  Design and Build for 20 Unit development at Throncroft, Selkirk for Eildon Housing Association Ltd
